I read recently that performance anxiety affects us all. It doesn’t matter if you’re a superstar athlete or a high powered CEO or trying to get back on your feet after a layoff. Our “nerves” can reek havoc on our performance.

Although we all experience a drop in performance when we have to work under pressure, the severity of that drop can be managed.  For some the decrease is massive and for others the effect is minimal.

So, how is that possible?

There are literally endless studies, articles, books and papers published on this phenomenon.

However, in this video I’ll just focus on two. Two tips on how to handle performance anxiety. I’ve used these techniqes myself and I have also witnessed their power on several of my clients.

Honestly, mastering knowledge or expertise gives you a leg up. But, the true ticket to success often comes from being able to respond under pressure.
