So, how do you become great?

There’s a great expression that says “champions are not born, they are created”

The interesting part is, we usually don’t see the creation phase for any champion. Most often, all we see is the finished product.

We don’t see them endure countless hours of frustration, recover from numerous disappointments and progress from a stage of having very minimal skill to a place of total dominance.

It really doesn’t matter what the industry or the aspiration is. At some point, everyone has to be willing to look bad if they’re ever going to be great.

Looking bad is brutal for us all but avoiding it will completely prevent you from reaching your greatness.

So how do you do it? How do you embrace looking bad and keep moving forward?
